Gate Access: Each room key comes with a remote control to open the main gate. 

To exit, drive up to the white line - the gate opens automatically (except for walkers, bikes and large trucks. Please use remote or code)

Our keypad code: (please consult your in room booklet) (if multiple guests need gate access or your remote stops working) 

IMPORTANT: do not share this code with anyone not staying at the guest house, except Safari Guides for early morning pick-up.

Departure / Check-Out: Our check-out time is 10am. When checking-out, kindly leave the key inside the room or the key box at the gate. The gate will open automatically as you approach. If you are leaving walking, driving a truck or motorcycle, please use your remote

Please be considerate of other guests:

Noise: No loud music, car music, sound systems / amplifiers allowed at any time of the day.

Quiet hours: Quiet hours are between 21:00 and 10:00.

Smoking: As a courtesy to all guests, no smoking in the rooms & inside facilities. 

Visitors: No visitors without prior management agreement. No parties or events.

The use of our pools, dam and kids area is at your own risk. Swimming Pools & Dam: Children using the swimming pools must be under the supervision of an adult. Trampoline, Swings & Jungle Gym: Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
